2 weeks in. Thoughts.

So I'm liking most of this so far, though there is the occasional morning where I am not quite feeling it.

I think I'm going to make some modifications to my current schedule.

I'm going to move Cardio from Tuesday, to Sunday, and not do the video except on weekends where I don't have a soccer game.  Soccer becomes my cardio workout.

Move Core from Monday to Tuesday.

Move Rest day from Sunday to Monday.

Let's see how that works for week 3.

  1. Sounds reasonable. Though I'm surprised you aren't committed to following the plan set up by the pros, but subbing soccer for cardio sounds reasonable to me.

  2. It's not much of a "rest" day when I go out and sprint for 35-50 minutes.
